I think it's time I upgrade from my integrated video card, I was wondering which company was better though. Can anyone give me some insight?

Both are very good choices, I'm currently using the GeForce 7950GT 256MB and loving it. I've had a few problems with ATI in the past so I think I'm going to stick with Nvidia for now.
